Our network topology and design has been reviewed by independent security specialists and all information sent to us over the Internet is encrypted. realex.com uses SSL to ensure that any data transmitted from the merchant is secure (SSL is an industry standard).

We have also built in functionality to accommodate Card Verification Numbers and are actively exploring other developments to the service. In addition to data encryption when merchants access our systems we invoke strong levels of authentication using digitally signed messages. Our connections to the banks are private dedicated leased lines.
